We inform you that for both inquiries and complaints, you must prove that you are the Data Subject by attaching a copy of your ID and your physical or email address where you wish to receive a response.
In the event that any of the requirements established herein are missing, you will be informed within five (5) days following receipt of the applications so that you can complete them; if you do not correct them, your application cannot be processed. In the case of claims, after two (2) months from the date of the request without them being corrected, it will be understood that you have withdrawn from it.
The deadlines to obtain your responses in the case of queries is ten (10) business days counted from the date of receipt, which may be extended by five (5) more business days and fifteen (15) business days in the case of claims, which may be extended by eight (8) more business days in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
